On Saturday, August 31, we reach the state capital of Saxony-Anhalt. Around noon we meet at the MückenWirt beer garden. We plan a panel discussion with Prof. Lüderitz from the Magdeburg/Stendal University of Applied Sciences and Prof. Fath on the subject of the Elbe and pollution.
With a campaign and an interactive educational program, we are raising people's awareness of the importance of intact waters, the pollution caused by us humans and the dangers of microplastics.
We regularly take water samples along the Elbe, which are analyzed for pollutants and microplastics. A documentary film will be made during the trip.
